A Bit About Me

I'm a born and raised Wisconsin girl turned pastry chef. I'm a dedicated pastry chef with a relentless passion for crafting delectable treats that ignite the senses and bring joy to people's lives. With experience honing my skills in the art of baking and pastry, I've mastered the delicate balance of flavors, textures, and presentation to create unforgettable culinary experiences. From meticulously piping intricate designs on cakes to perfecting the flakiness of croissants, I pour my heart and soul into every creation. Beyond the kitchen, I'm an avid enthusiast of food culture, constantly exploring new trends and techniques to push the boundaries of my craft. I believe that the magic of pastry lies not only in its taste but also in the memories it evokes, and I'm thrilled to share my love for baking with you.

I now work at Frasca in Boulder Colorado as a pastry cook. I mostly work service taking care of the bread and plating and finishing desserts to go out. I will help with production and recipe development and testing when needed. 

After I first moved to Colorado, I got a line cook position at Community Supper Club in Lafayette. I learned brunch service and how to work the line in a more stressful and fast-paced environment.

This was my first job in the industry at a local bakery, The Rolling Pin, in Madison Wisconsin. I was taught every position there by the owner including bread making, cake decorating, cookie decorating, and production.
